SME Vision 2020, an event organized by Enterprise Europe Network Macedonia was held on 9-10 November in Skopje, Macedonia.
The event gathered a wide spectrum of companies, universities, and researchers from Europe to foster the creation of consortia for the upcoming Horizon 2020 and SME Instrument calls.
It consisted of 3 parts: a workshop on which business consultants, proposal evaluators and representatives from EASME, a partner of the program, gave tips and directions on how to prepare a winning SME Instrument proposal; presentations of best practices of the applicants for the Horizon 2020 where Amphinicy was invited to present its experience from a successful Horizon 2020, SME Instrument Phrase 1; and a B2B to meet with companies from the region with the aim to establish partnership in new EU funded programs. Amphinicy participated in all three parts of the event.
Due to the experience in the Earth observation domain, Amphinicy has developed Blink, an ultra-fast, CCSDS telemetry analyzer. Blink has reached an excellent performance in speed of processing and was recognized as an innovative project by the EU Commission (Horizon 2020 SME Instrument Phase 1) and the World bank which enabled funding for part of its development.
We are proud of the opportunity to address and meet the participants and look forward to similar events in the future!
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 699132.
